A dental implant is in essence a device that replaces a missing tooth and it is normally titanium based. It is placed in the gum like a natural tooth and can give your mouth a more natural look that you may be looking for. Over time, we will continue to add to the strength of the implant and can eventually add a crown onto the implant. Implants can also be inserted to support dentures and help them retain stability.
